Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy


We offer 7 days replacement guarantee (from the date of receipt of product) for reasons mentioned below:

  1. The product received is damaged
  2. The product received is defective (i.e. does not work properly)
  3. The product does not match with the specifications as per your original order (i.e. different product is received)

Important Note: Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform team at the earliest.

In order to replace any product(s) sold through our website and provide you with a hassle free experience, you are required to co-operate and comply with the below mentioned conditions:

  • In the situation when you receive a damaged / defective product(s) or wrong / missing product(s), please notify team within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, then team shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order. Also, in such an event, we request you to capture and share:

    • Outer packaging images
    • Inner packaging images
    • Images of the damaged part of the product
  • Product(s) should be unused and should retain the original packaging, original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual (if any), invoices etc.
  • team will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event when team is unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within two (2) days from the receipt of such notice. Courier (freight) charges will have to be communicated and agreed with team upfront and we will reimburse the courier expenses to you. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit
  • Please ensure that the return packets are properly packaged so that there is no further damage of products during the transit
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return
  • team shall make the final decision on whether a returned item will be retained by us or sent back to the customer
  • Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same product(s) with If the product is unavailable then we will issue a refund of the invoice amount 
  • Any dispute(s) arising on this matter will be subject to Agra jurisdiction only

Disclaimer: Upon the receipt of your complaint (any of the above three categories), our team shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will replace the product. However, in the event of fake and/or baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, team reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by in this regard.

    In the event when the return request of a product is duly accepted by team, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment as per the following:

    • Prepaid orders refund: If your original payment method was Prepaid (via Razorpay Payment Gateway on our website), the refund will be initiated in your original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit card, netbanking, etc.)
    • COD orders refund: If your original payment method was Cash on Delivery (COD), then we will request bank account details from you and the refund will be initiated into the bank account shared by you. 

    Refunds will be subject to the following:

    • Orders paid online will be processed for refund within 3 working days post the verification and acceptance of the return request at our end. The amount shall be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days
    • Orders paid through COD will be processed for refund to your bank account within 3 working days post the verification and acceptance of the return request at our end (ETAs to credit the amount may vary from bank to bank)
    • If the product can be repaired by the our service team, the we would get the same repaired and send it back to you
    • Any promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or



      • If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, then he/she will be entitled to a 100% refund
      • In case the product is shipped then the order cannot be cancelled
      • If the customer denies to receive the product from the courier agent (unless it falls under the damaged category as highlighted above in the Returns Policy disclaimer) then he/she will be charged an amount equivalent to two-way shipping fee and handling charges of 3.5% of the invoice value. No free shipping clause will be applicable in this case
      • reserves the right, at it‘s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever
